Thank you for the survey, I only noticed that you sent it on Saturday because I was away at the weekend. I'd also like to thank you for returning to the property to complete the survey and including the photographs provided by the slating company. It's helpful to have the costs for repairs within the report and to know that accurate prices can be better obtained by fully scoping the works into a schedule of rates and obtaining competitive tenders for the work. What has been described in your report has come as a shock particularly the fact that the property is not mortgageable.
